Duties and responsibilities of the candidates enrolled shall be fixed by the institute from time to time. They will be required to perform such work as may be needed in the legitimate interest of the patient care in the hospital. All rules framed in this regard by the institute will be final. They will have to carry out thesis/dissertation as per DNB rules. At the end of every six months each Junior Resident will be assessed and in case his/her performance is not satisfactory, his/her registration may be cancelled and no extension for Junior Residency will be given.
